The One Skin Clinic is an official and authorised reseller and distributor of medical grade hygiene and personal care products, as well as hand sanitizing (hydro alcoholic) gel. As such, we have been classified by government officials under the category of essential sanitary products.
As a complement to this authorization, the government is allowing online commerce to continue as it is the safest way for consumers to buy in the current context. As such, we continue to sell and distribute our products to consumers through this channel, via our own website, as well as authorised partners.
We have also put in place strict security and health protocols in all our facilities, including our areas where we administer shipping and handling, to ensure the safety of all. Our warehouse team currently processes online orders in a safe, well ventilated environment, where they consistently practice social distancing guidelines, and interact with goods only when wearing masks, and medical grade gloves.

The One Skin Clinic accepts Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress credit cards with Canadian and US billing addresses. We are also happy to accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay for your convenience! You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered on the site is secure, and never stored or made visible to us. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped from theoneskinclinic.com will be subject to both GST AND/OR PST, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD?
When you submit an order to your credit card company an authorization hold for the amount of the order is obtained. An authorization hold is not a charge and may appear to be an amount slightly higher than the order total. It is monies held by the credit card company which guarantees that funds will be available when the order is billed. Should you encounter a problem when placing an order, several authorizations may appear on your statement. These will be deleted by the credit card company automatically usually within 7-10 business days. All orders $149 and under (before taxes, and after discounts) are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 for Canada-Wide delivery with tracking.
FREE DELIVERY
Receive free Canada-Wide standard delivery on all online orders $150 CAD or more (before taxes, and after discounts) with tracking.
DESTINATIONS
The One Skin Clinic offers fast shipping with UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, and always includes tracking.
We are able to ship anywhere in Canada or the United States.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard delivery once products have shipped is 3-7 business days within Canada, and 3-10 business days to the USA. *Please note that Covid-19 may impact shipping times with unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience as carriers are doing their best to keep things moving during these unprecedented times.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders will be fulfilled and prepared for shipping Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery. An email with tracking number is sent once the order is shipped.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Certain items are considered hazardous materials. These products include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as fragrances, liquid cleansers and toners, etc. These products are required to be shipped by Standard Shipping, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. In the case you have selected such items in your Shopping Bag, standard shipping will be automatically applied to you order at checkout.
