THE ONE SKIN CLINIC MEMBERSHIP REWARDS TERMS OF USE:

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ONE SKIN CLINIC MEMBERSHIP REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN ‘THE ONE MEMBERSHIP’ REWARDS PROGRAM.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to ‘The One Membership’ Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at www.theoneskinclinic.com.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, ‘The One Skin Clinic’s Membership Program ("The One Membership"), which is operated by The One and Only Skin Clinic Ltd. or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "The One Skin Clinic"). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with The One Skin Clinic for other products or services, such as Gift Cards or pre-paid purchases.

CHANGES TO TERMS

The One Skin Clinic reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to ‘The One Membership’ in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to www.theoneskinclinic.com, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in ‘The One Membership’ following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in ‘The One Membership’.

EMAIL PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Joining the One Skin Clinic Membership ‘The One Membership’ automatically enrolls you to our email communication lists. Registered members are able to un-subscribe by clicking the ‘un-subscribe’ button located at the bottom of any communication or promotional emails if they do not wish to receive marketing emails. These emails are intended to update you of new and existing promotional offers or special updates to ‘The One Membership’ program.

PERSONAL USE

‘The One Membership’ is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. ‘The One Membership’ is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you may access and participate in Starbucks Rewards only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

ABOUT THE ONE MEMBERSHIP

‘The One Membership’ is one way in which The One Skin Clinic endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing skin care products from us. ‘The One Membership’ members are able to earn and accumulate "points" that can be redeemed for a discount on their future store purchases ("Rewards Points") at The One Skin Clinic and our online store: www.theoneskinclinic.com.

EARNING POINTS

1. Every time a customer shops with us as a ‘The One Member’, they are eligible to receive 10% in cash-back points (unless otherwise noted for a change in value, such as during promotion periods). These can be redeemed towards their next purchase of skin-care products on our online “www.theoneskinclinic.com”.

2. Ways to Earn Points: There are 5 different ways our customers are able to earn points:
2.1 1) Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the store
      2) Follow us on Instagram: 50 points
      3) First time signing up to our membership program: 100 points
      4) Celebrate a customer’s birthday: 250 points
      5) Referral bonus: customer refers a friend via email. Once the referred completes their first transaction, the referee earns 100 points!

2.2 Promotional Bonus Offers. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn additional "Bonus points" through special promotions. These promotional Bonus points will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in such promotional offer. These promotional Bonus Stars may only be available to residents of certain provinces, or they may be offered Canada-wide.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

If the address associated with your account is located in the Canada, any qualifying purchase you make using The One Membership registered to your account will earn points as if the currency were expressed in Canadian Dollars. No currency exchange is applied to the value of your purchase for the purpose of determining how many points you have earned.

RETURNS

For information about how The One Skin Clinic handles returns, please read our Return Policy. Your Star balance may be impacted by returns as follows:

1. If you void a purchase, The One Skin will deduct the points that you earned for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative point balance on your account.
2. If you return merchandise, If you return products purchased with a credit card, debit card, mobile wallet or cash (note: an original receipt or gift receipt is required), The One Skin Clinic may deduct the points earned in connection with your purchase, potentially resulting in a negative point balance. You may be required to provide the physical credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet in order for The One Skin Clinic to process the refund.

POINT EXPIRATION

Unless otherwise noted, points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase and expire twenty-four (24) months after the calendar month in which such points were earned. For example, if you earn points on December 15, 2020, they will expire on January 1, 2022. The oldest accrued points will be used first for redemptions. You can view and track your points balance and available points, as well as any additional benefits for which you are eligible as The One Skin Clinic Rewards member, on www.theoneskinclinic.com

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW

These Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the The One Skin Clinic Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between The One Skin Clinic Terms of Use and Conditions and these Terms of Use, the One Skin Clinic Terms & Conditions control.

There are no participation or membership fees associated with The One Membership Points accrued in connection with ‘The One Membership’ are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of points accrued in connection with The One Membership cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated by The One Skin Clinic.

Your Points, Rewards, registered membership account, and purchase activity on your account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) ‘The One Membership’ account that is personal to you.

Without notice to you, The One Skin Clinic reserves the right to suspend any The One Membership registered to your account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in 'The One Membership’ if you have violated these Terms of Use or if the use of your ‘The One Membership’ account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. The One Skin Clinic may suspend, cancel or combine ‘The One Membership’ accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in ‘The One Membership/ is terminated, all accrued points in your account are void.

Without notice to you, The One Skin Clinic also reserves the right to "unregister" and make ineligible for The One Membership Points any ‘The One Membership’ or account that has been inactive for three (3) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no points earned during such three (3) consecutive year period. In the event that your ‘The One Membership’ or account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued points in your account are void.

The One Skin Clinic reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel ‘The One Membership’ or any part of the ‘The One Skin Clinic Membership’ rewards points or program at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
